I use Cedarwood every night. It’s one of the oils in my Sleepy Spray. I use 10 drops each of Cedarwood, Vetiver & Serenity in a 2oz spray bottle topped with water. Every night once I’m in bed I shake the bottle and spritz my face and pillow. I can totally tell that it helps me fall asleep faster.
